Holy Eucharist

"The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life. The other sacraments, and indeed all ecclesiastical ministries and works of the apostolate, are bound up with the Eucharist and are oriented toward it. For in the blessed Eucharist is contained the whole spiritual good of the Church, namely Christ himself, our Pasch."

(Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1324)

First Holy Communion

At Holy Family, our children prepare for and receive First Holy Communion in the second grade. Through our Religious Education program, we guide children and their families in understanding and appreciating this beautiful sacrament. Please visit the Children’s Religious Education (CRE) page for more information on classes and preparation.

If you are an adult and want to receive your First Holy Communion, please visit the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA) page for information on preparation classes.

Homebound Ministry

If you or a loved one are unable to attend Mass due to illness, age, or disability, our Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion would be honored to bring the Eucharist to your home.

To arrange for a visit, please contact us using the contact form.
